Flora Caputo Inducted into Prestigious Les Dames d’Escoffier

CHICAGO, June 17, 2013 — Flora Caputo, Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Jacobs Agency, has been inducted into Les Dames d’Escoffier, a prestigious, worldwide leadership organization of women who have achieved success in their professions, but have also contributed significantly to their communities. Since 1973, Les Dames d’Escoffier has followed its mission to foster excellence and promote the achievements of women in the culinary arts.

Flora’s induction into Les Dames d’Escoffier was sponsored by three fellow members who acknowledge her achievements as an executive with deep understanding of food and beverage marketing. During the course of her career, she has lent her expertise to the likes of Kraft, Kellogg’s, Quaker Oats, Cadbury Schweppes, Cattlemen’s Beef Association and Terlato Wines. Flora was also recognized for the success of her personal food and lifestyle blog,, which serves as an outlet for her cooking exploits and experiences as a working mom in Chicago. Through her personal social media activities, Flora has risen to a ranking of 228 out of 150,000 on, a user-generated website dedicated to recipe and entertaining ideas.
