Jacobs Agency Adds New Assistant Account Manager to Growing Account Team

CHICAGO, March 11, 2013 — Jacobs Agency is excited to announce the addition of Charlotte Harris, Assistant Account Manager, to the Account Services team.

Charlotte comes to Jacobs Agency from Jacobs & Clevenger where she worked on FirstEnergy Solutions, a large residential and business energy supplier serving markets in the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. In her previous position, Charlotte managed a customer acquisition direct mail campaign for FES, in addition to supporting new business and SEM for the agency.

“We are very excited to have Charlotte join the team,” said Cid Stanford, Senior Account Manager. “Her background in marketing research coupled with her enthusiasm for the business will be a great asset to the agency.”

A graduate of Denison University, Charlotte brings a passion for traditional print tactics as well as digital media and a desire to broaden her professional experience by supporting a broad range of accounts. In her new position, she will be working on clients such as Amtrak, Can Manufacturers Institute, Healthation, Nicor Gas and Forsythe.

In her free time, Charlotte enjoys exploring Chicago’s food scene and trying her hand at cooking.
