Jacobs Agency Is New Home of Baird & Warner Advertising Account

CHICAGO – June 21, 2016 The job of rebranding Baird & Warner was given to Chicago’s award-winning Jacobs Agency in December of 2015. Since then, Jacobs Agency has been working closely with the Baird & Warner marketing team to research and develop a campaign that not only reaches consumers, but also existing and future agents.

The new “Easier” themed campaign is now being launched in the Chicago market through executions in print, OOH, digital and television.

 The Jacobs Agency creative team developed strategic executions that bring to life the message of easier through engaging graphic treatments and simple copy using Baird & Warner’s black and yellow logo colors. From showing how easy it is to solve an all yellow Rubik’s Cube to finding a giant needle in a haystack, the campaign communicates how Baird & Warner takes a process that is perceived as extremely difficult and makes it so much easier. Internally, Baird & Warner is using the campaign’s easier message to reinforce why it is consistently named as one of the best places to work in Chicago.

Externally the goal of the new advertising is to drive current and potential clients to Baird & Warner’s award-winning brokerage website or call one of its best in class agents. It is at that touchpoint where the Baird & Warner easier message is personally experienced through its simple transparency that takes the hassle out of choosing, contracting and financing a home.
