Jacobs Agency Wins American Web Design Award

CHICAGO, April 29, 2013 — GDUSA has presented Jacobs Agency with an American Web Design Award for creating HIMSS Analytics’ The More You Put In, The More You Get Out infographic and corresponding video. Graphic Design USA sponsors the American Web Design Awards, a competition that celebrates the power of well-designed online initiatives that attract audiences, communicate information, and generate engagement and response. Jacobs Agency’s work for HIMSS Analytics was honored under the category of Desktop/Apps, Advertising, Promotions, Infographics, Invitations, Videos and Games.

HIMSS Analytics, a leading data, research and consulting organization serving the healthcare industry, partnered with Jacobs Agency to develop an infographic and video to highlight the value to healthcare providers of participating in the HIMSS Analytics Annual Study. The design and execution of both pieces rest on the creative platform, The More You Put In, The More You Get Out, which communicates the idea that Annual Study benefits, such as benchmarking and market intelligence reports, rely on the quality of information each provider submits. The playful “workshop” approach also communicates how the benefits have broad and long-lasting impact across the organization.

This is Jacobs Agency’s second American Web Design Award. The Agency was honored in 2011 for its design and development of the Maplehurst Bakeries website.
