New VP of Client Services Joins Jacobs Agency

CHICAGO, March 17, 2014 — Bill Tourlas is Jacobs Agency’s new VP, Director of Client Services. In this role, Bill will be responsible for leading the account team, nurturing the Agency’s existing client relationships, and supporting business development.

With nearly 30 years of agency experience, Bill has held leadership positions at Fathom Communications, Havas Worldwide, JWT and FCB Chicago. He’s previously led initiatives for Navistar, Citi Bank, Western Union and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and collaborated with organizations across financial, entertainment, transportation and education industries. Most notably, Bill was the driving force behind the launch of Western Union’s gold card program, as well as the energy bills campaign for the Chicago Metro Agency for Planning. As a marketer, Bill believes in the power of partnership, and has a love for brand strategy, and integrated marketing.

In his free time, Bill enjoys tennis, cooking and spending time with his wife and three daughters.  As a father, he is also passionate about his recent involvement with the Elmhurst Children’s Assistance Foundation (ECAF).

Over the years, Bill’s work has been recognized with numerous local and national marketing and creative awards, including the Effies, DMA Echos, BMA Tower Awards, the Stevie Awards, the Communicator Awards, and a host of CADM Tempos.
